DeAna Fai, born Ashlee Deanna Faison on October 31, 1985 in Orlando Florida, is an American Singer, Songwriter, Talk Show Host, and Model from Virginia.  She is credited as a soundtrack singer in Hollywood Feature Films "My Favorite Five," "Hey Mr. Postman," "Perfectly Single," "Puzzled, and "Catfish Christmas."  She was also cast as an upscale bar patron in the hit TV Show "Empire" on Fox.

DeAna Fai realized her love for music at an early age singing in her local church angel and youth choirs thanks to her late aunt Rene who exposed her to the music world.  Her brothers and sister Ervin and Desmond Faison, and Brittany Holmes witnessed this journey as well.  Her parents Ervin and Barbara Faison was instrumental in instilling ambition and grind to be able to handle tough situations especially those in the music industry.

As a child, DeAna Fai was fortunate to have a wide range of success.  She was a part of the 'Healthy Families Partnership" song "Sing A Song for Love" that aired worldwide as a signature tune.  She also wrote and performed the song "City of Hope" that aired on Radio Disney.

DeAna Fai set out to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree at Norfolk State University when she was 17.  It was then that she was introduced to a variety of musicians, music professors and artists that would inspire her even more.  DeAna Fai registered to take music courses to further her knowledge on how music was created and how music was professionally handled behind the scenes.  Her music professor for Music Business, Rogers Brown became and ally and mentor.  She eventually linked up with Thomas Taliaferro who had hits with Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Bobby Brown, Teddy Riley, Blackstreet, etc.  She was able to pick up some aspects of music but eventually used that knowledge to further her situation.

She set out on a new path and connected with various industry executives, renown artists, producers and engineers such as the late Heavy D, Former Bad Boy Entertainment A&R Coordinator Hughes Felizor, music producers Bernard Malik, Dunlap Exclusive, and several others, not to mention, film and television executives from various networks to include Disney, Hallmark, BET, and more.

After graduating from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2020 with a Master's in Healthcare Delivery Science, DeAna Fai planned a trip to Los Angeles, CA to network however, Covid-19 was on the rise and her plans changed.  In the midst of this, she was chosen to be in comedian Loni Love’s “Loni Love’s Quarantine Talent Show" which had more than 50,000 viewers.

DeAna Fai eventually created "DeAna Fai presents Kings and Queens of Entertainment”, which proved to be another rapid hit. The massively popular podcast featured celebrities in entertainment, with the purpose "giving them their flowers," having fun answering a variety of questions, but also offering advice and inspiring other aspiring creatives.  It also allowed the entertainers to connect with each other.
